Refund/Return Policy
At KIZEN Enterprise, we strive to ensure every customer is delighted with their purchase. Our goal is to make you happy, and we’ll work with you to resolve any issues. In cases where we cannot find a satisfactory solution, the following return policy applies:
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover processing and restocking costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Process
1. Contact us at kizenenterprise@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please "RETURN REQUEST - Order Number XYZ" in the subject. Include in the body the reason why you wish to return and pictures of the product.
2. Securely package the item, including all original packaging and the order number clearly marked on the package.
3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
- Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement without a restocking fee.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
