This system can work on any saw, the only question is mounting. For most saws, you can just use our system mounting at 3 1/8" up from the base. This is the easiest option and offers the most flexibility and enables all system features. If your fence is taller than 5" you might need to cut off the top of the factory fence to access the insert set screws and bracket mounts. The fence is 6" tall anodized aluminum and is meant to be a permanent fixture on your saw that will last a lifetime. If your fence is shorter than our system slot at 3 1/8", you can easily locate the fence where you want and backdrill through the factory fence holes to add new mounting holes to our fence. This is the way we used to mount this system before the mounting slot. Unfortunately, you would lose the extra sliding feature that really increases the system flexibility. Currently, our RH fences are 6" tall and 12" wide. Our LH fences are 6" tall and 12 " wide. The extreme angle fence is 3 1/2" tall. The mounting slot in the back is centered at 3 1/8" from the bottom of the fence.

Everything locally manufactured is made from Anodized 6061 Aluminum. That includes the fences, inserts, and brackets. We don't make the clamps, pins or hardware.

These pins are just 5mm shelf pins you can get from anywhere. We've designed this system to be flexible and not reliant on proprietary or expensive pins. Any 5mm pins will work and we've never had issues with denting material, we just like these wide flat ones just in case. Each fence comes with more than 2 pins. The regular fence comes with 6, the pro comes with 12 and a case. You can also order extras on the site but shipping can be expensive unless you purchase extras while buying the system.

We highly recommend using the mounting slot on the back for maximum features. The slot is 3 1/8" above the fence bottom and has a pre-drilled 1/4" hole for easy locating. Simply finish drilling the 1/4" hole through (we recommend chamfering the front for burrs). Find at least 2 places on the factory fence at that height that doesn't have a rib and drill through the factory fence using our fence as a pilot. You can easily add more if you extend the fences a lot and prefer to have extra holes. Install the bolts with the head on the front side, and loosely secure with washer (if desired) and nuts on the back. Slide the bolt heads through the mounting slot and tighten the nuts. The main T insert can get in the way, so either raise and lock in the insert, or just remove it for easy sliding. Check out our "Features" tab for videos on installation.

We do not know anything about your local customs or duty requirements so you will be responsible for that.
